Not sure if full coaching is right for you yet this one-time tryout session is designed to give you clarity direction in real plan you can start using immediately. 

In this session we will review your current eating habits and lifestyle, identify what's blocking your fat loss or body goals, set simple nutrition targets calories plus protein guidance, will it be signal structure you can follow right away.

Sculpt & Sustain

180 minutes: $200

This package is for women who are tired of starting over with diets that don't last. If you want to lose fat, build a tone physique and finally understand how to eat without confusion this is designed to guide you step by step with structure and accountability. 

180 minutes is equivalent to 45 minutes per week for a month, meetings will be done on zoom, or if you're local in person. 

 

I provide general nutrition guidance and do not diagnose your treat medical conditions.

The payment is automated to avoid weekly renewal inquiries. Simply inform me if you decide not to continue, and cancellation is hassle-free with no fees.
