A little about me…

I love going to church, lifting, eating good food, and of course—petting doggies.

More than anything, I want to share why I got into this field. I used to struggle a lot with confidence and didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin. I wanted to change, but I honestly didn’t know how to do it on my own.

My dad noticed what I was going through and signed me up for a gym. One day during a session, someone who was already really experienced in training encouraged me to start working out. I didn’t realize it at the time, but that moment changed everything for me.

That first session turned into a real mentorship—someone who didn’t just teach me how to train, but helped me shift how I saw myself and pushed me to grow in every area of my life.

Now, I’m on the other side of that same experience—trying to be that person for someone else.

Since I started seeing my own progress, I knew this was something I wanted to do long-term. My goal is to earn your trust and be the kind of trainer who truly supports you, just like mine did for me.
